TARO PUDDING MIX, 2.2 lbs (1kg) BAG.  High-quality pudding mix used for making bubble tea, slushes or smoothies.  Mix with white sugar and water yields approx 420 oz per bag.  Refrigerate after preparation.

Pudding Recipe - Yields Approx. 420 oz

2.2 lbs (1 bag) pudding powder
2.4 lbs white sugar
10 quarts of water

1 - Boil the water in large pot - after it reached boiling turn off heat
2 - Add pudding powder and white sugar into water. Stir until all dissolved.
3 - Leave the mixture at room temperature for 2-4 hours.
4 - Pudding is ready to serve as soon as it sets at room temperature.
5 - Place pudding in refrigerator.

Once refrigerated, pudding will last about 1 week.
