Thai Bubble Tea
(Recommended batch recipe for Bubble Tea Store)
1bag Bobastore.com Thai Tea Mix
8qt Boiling Water
1qt Half and Half
1pc Bobastore.com Thai Tea Cloth Filter
1pc Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Filter
2pcs Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Bucket
1pc Timer
1pc 4qt measuring cup
1sleeve Bobastore.com 500cc (16oz) plastic cup
1sleeve Bobastore.com Flat lid
1bag Bobastore.com Large straw
Directions:
1) Put 3qt of Thai Tea Mix in bucket 1.
2) Pour 8qt of boiling water in bucket 1.
3) Stir the Thai Tea Mix.
4) Set the timer for 6 hours to brew the tea mix.
5) After 6 hours, put the stainless steel filter on top of bucket 2.
6) Using the Thai Tea Cloth Filter, place it on top of the stainless steel filter and pour the liquid including the tea leaves/mix into the cloth filter. The stainless steel filter will serve as a second filter.
7) Store the brewed Thai tea using a 2qt pitcher with lid or any alternate NSF storage.
8) Brewed Thai tea is best served within 5 days after preparation.
9) Serve with ice and appropriate amount of Half & Half (Suggested amount: 1-2 fl.oz)
10) Enjoy with tapioca pearls.
