Tapioca Milk Tea Recipe
(Recommended for Bubble Tea Shops)
1bag Bobastore.com Milk Tea Mix
1bag Bobastore.com Golden Tea Leaves
7qt Hot / Boiling water
2pc Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Bucket
1pc Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Tea Filter
1pc Bobastore.com Wood Laddle/Scoop
1pc 2qt capacity measuring cup
1bag Ice
1set 2qt Pitcher with lid (NSF)
1sleeve Bobastore.com 500cc (16oz) plastic cup
1sleeve Bobastore.com flat cup lid
1sleeve Bobastore.com large straw
Directions:
1) Put 1qt Golden Tea leaves in bucket 1.
2) Put 7qt hot/boiling water in bucket 1.
3) Stir up the Golden Tea leaves and let it brew/stip for 17 minutes.
4) Using another bucket (#2), put 3qt of Milk Tea Mix powder.
5) After 17 minutes of brewing (Golden Tea from Bucket 1), place the stainless steel filter on top of bucket 2 (contains Milk Tea Mix).
6) Transfer and filter the brewed tea liquid to bucket 2.
7) Using a wood laddle, gently squeeze the leaves against the tea filter to extract remaining brewed tea.
8) Remove the tea filter from bucket 2 and stir the liquid until the powder is dissolved.
9) Put 6qt of ice in bucket 2 and stir thoroughly until the ice melts.
10) Remove any bubbles or remaining tea leaves if necessary.
11) Store the Milk Tea liquid in a pitcher with lid and keep refrigerated.
12) Individually serve the milk tea with ice in a 16oz plastic cup and put some tapioca pearls.
13) Use a Bobastore.com flat cup lids and large straw.
14) Enjoy your Tapioca Milk Tea.
