Jasmine Green Tea Recipe
(Recommended for Bubble Tea Shops)

2qt Hot/Boiling Water
2.5qt Ice
2pcs 2-quart capacity NSF Pitcher with lid
1pc 4qt measuring cup
2pcs Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Bucket
1pc Bobastore.com Stainless Steel Tea Filter
1sleeve Bobastore.com 500cc (16oz) PP plastic cups

1pc Timer
Directions:
1) Put 1/2qt of Jasmine Green Tea in bucket 1.
2) Boil 3qt of water.
3) Pour 2qt of hot water in bucket 1.
4) Stir the Jasmine Green Tea leaves.
5) Set the timer for 5 minutes.
6) After 5 minutes of brewing, put the stainless steel filter on top of bucket 2.
7) Pour the liquid and filter the brewed tea leaves by using the stainless filter on top of bucket 2.
8) Add 2.5qt of ice in bucket 2 and stir rapidly until the ice melts.
9) Store the Jasmine Green Tea liquid in a pitcher with lid. (Tip: Stored jasmine green tea is best served with 5 days after preparation)
10) Serve with ice and enjoy it with tapioca pearls.
